Johannes Laurentius Krafft (1694 – 1768) Dutch engraver, poet, author, who wrote in French and Dutch. He devoted himself above all to woodcutting, intaglio etching, and to etching like Rembrandt. He created many portraits of members of the Habsburg imperial house, as well as reproductions of works by Rubens, Anthony van Dyck and Titian.  These plates illustrate Le Tresor de Fables, 1734.
